Terms of Service & Refund Policy

To all users, students, and parents using Al-Huda Digital Solutions LLP. services:

By registering yourself or your child for any course, training, or counseling service, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy:

1. Trial & Enrollment

After completing the free trial or initial session (if applicable), you must decide whether to continue with the paid services.

Enrollment will be confirmed only after fee payment.

2. Fee Payment

• All fees must be paid in advance (monthly or per session basis depending on the service).
• Our system tracks completed sessions/classes and generates invoices accordingly.

3. Overdue Payments

• Services (classes or counseling sessions) may be paused or discontinued if payment is delayed for more than 7 days without a valid reason.

4. Session Hold / Reservation

• If you wish to pause your classes or counseling sessions but keep your reserved slot, a full fee will be charged to maintain availability.

5. Leaves & Make-Up Policy

• All leaves from the user’s side are considered paid, as time slots are reserved.
• Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
• For extended leaves (more than 5 days), make-up sessions may not be provided.

6. Missed Sessions

• If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be marked as completed/absent, and no make-up session will be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You must inform us at least 6 hours in advance (via WhatsApp or Email) to reschedule a class or counseling session.
• Late notices may result in loss of that session.

8. Prolonged Inactivity

• If a user remains inactive or absent for more than two weeks without notice, services may be canceled without refund.

9. Counseling Services Disclaimer

• Counseling sessions are provided for guidance, motivation, and personal development only.
• They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
• Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

10. Privacy & Safety

• Users must not share personal or financial information directly with instructors or counselors.
• Al-Huda Digital Solutions LLP. is not responsible for any misuse of such information outside official channels.

11. Instructor / Counselor Changes

• We reserve the right to change instructors or counselors to maintain service quality.
• In case of replacement, a suitable alternative will be provided.

12. Communication Policy

• Direct payment discussions with instructors/counselors are not allowed.
• All communication regarding fees must go through official platform channels.

13. Fee Updates

• Fees may be revised periodically based on service improvements or policy updates.
• Users will be informed in advance where applicable.

14. No Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Missed sessions
  • Leaves taken by the user
  • Partial usage of services
  • Inactivity or discontinuation

15. Holidays & Breaks

• Official holidays (including Eid or other announced breaks) are included in the monthly fee.
• No make-up sessions or refunds will be provided for these days.

16. Policy Updates

• Al-Huda Digital Solutions LLP. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated policy.

17. Applicability

These Terms of Service & Refund Policy apply to all users of:

• Quran & Islamic Courses
• Digital Skills Training
• Counseling & Coaching Services

By enrolling in our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
