Why online classes for Quran memorization are important for Hifz students

A lot of people try to remember the Quran on their own or in busy places where they can't get much one-on-one help. Without systematic instruction, people often run into the same problems:
Weak retention—forgetting parts soon after memorizing them

Wrong pronunciation—making Tajweed mistakes that are hard to fix later

Progress that isn't steady—starting and stopping again and over again without a defined plan

Not having anyone to test and review what was learned daily

These problems might make people angry, slow down their progress, or give up on their objective completely.

Our online Quran Memorization classes get rid of these problems. One teacher works with each student directly. This teacher keeps track of their progress, maintains a systematic review schedule, and makes sure that new memorizing is built on a solid foundation. The consequence is steady, measurable growth that lasts a long time.

What an Average Online Quran Class Looks Like

There is a live, one-on-one session for each class. Our teachers don't only talk; they also listen, correct, and help. This is what happens in a regular class:

What the class is like:

  • Five minutes: Go over the assignment from last time and quickly go over everything you just learned.

  • A new lesson starts with 15 minutes of repetition, correction, and guided practice.

  • 5 minutes: The teacher tells the student how well they speak and write and what they need to work on.

  • 5 minutes: Students are given homework with clear instructions on how to perform it by themselves.

How do we Teach:

The teacher either shows their screen or uses a digital Quran to show students verses. The student reads out loud, and the teacher listens and makes changes immediately. Students speak the verses over and over again until they can do it without thinking. Students remember what they learnt in class better when they do homework. The next class opens with a quick exam of what they remember.

Yes. Beginners start with reading fluency and foundational Tajweed before moving into memorization. The teacher assesses the student’s current level in the first session and builds a plan accordingly.

Most students take two to three classes per week. Consistent short sessions are more effective than occasional long ones. We help you choose a frequency that fits your routine.

Yes. We have both male and female instructors. Families can request a teacher based on their preference, and we accommodate where possible based on availability.

The timeline depends on the student’s pace, consistency, and capacity. Some students complete memorization in three to five years with steady progress. We focus on quality retention rather than speed.

Free apps and videos cannot provide real-time correction, accountability, or a personalized revision system. Live teacher guidance ensures that pronunciation is correct from the start and that memorized portions are consistently reviewed so they are not lost over time.
