Not satisfied with your trial teacher? You have the option to try another teacher.

We understand that every student learns differently. Some students connect better with certain teaching styles. That is why we give you the flexibility to try different teachers until you find the one you are completely comfortable with.

How it works:

  • Complete your 2-day free trial with assigned teacher

  • If you are not satisfied, request a different teacher

  • Try another teacher at no additional cost

  • Once you find the right match, continue with them

Important: Regular classes will only start with the teacher you are fully satisfied with.

After free trial, pay your fee and start regular classes. Choose the number of class days that fits your schedule.

Teacher Change Option

If you are not satisfied with your teacher after regular classes have started, you can request a teacher change. We will assign a different teacher based on availability.

Department Supervisor

Each department has a dedicated supervisor. If your issue is not resolved at the teacher or support team level, you can escalate it to the department supervisor.

Rule 1: Direct Contact Outside Platform

Important Warning: If a student or parent directly contacts a teacher outside the Al-Huda Digital platform without our knowledge, the following will happen:

  • No certificate will be issued upon course completion

  • We will not be responsible for any issue that arises

  • No support or complaint resolution will be provided

  • The relationship becomes private between student and teacher

Why this rule? We maintain a proper control system to ensure quality, accountability, and your safety. When you stay connected through us, we can help you with teacher changes, complaints, schedule adjustments, and certificate issuance. If you go direct, we cannot help you.

Rule 2: Free Trial Policy

  • 2 days free trial classes available for all courses

  • No payment required during trial

  • After trial, pay fee only if you want to continue

  • You can try different teachers during trial period

Rule 3: Regular Classes

  • Regular classes start after fee payment

  • Standard schedule: 5 days per week

  • Flexible option: Choose 2, 3, or 4 days per week

  • Class duration varies by course (30 min or 60 min)

  • Fee plans available for all courses and counseling services
